In 2017, Elder Juanita attended a worship night called All Out Worship, which left a profound mark on her spirit. Through her journey as a worship leader and experiencing artistry, she recognised the gap in resources and support for local leaders in the worship and creative arts departments in the UK. With this in mind, Elder Juanita launched her own All Out Worship in 2019. The response was beyond anything she anticipated, drawing hundreds from the UK and beyond into a space where they could encounter God without reservation.

Over the years, All Out Worship evolved into an annual gathering focused on reviving, restoring, and replenishing creatives from across the globe. By 2023, it became a true refuge—a gathering where thousands of creatives, weary and longing for revival after the pandemic, found themselves renewed and filled in God’s presence. Wide Open Worship has continued to gain support from local and international churches that share the vision of providing spaces where worship teams and creatives can be refreshed, carrying these encounters back to their communities and Sunday services.

In 2024, stepped out after hosting the All Out Worship vision she birthed her own vision; Wide Open Worship (WOW). No longer just an event, WOW is now a movement that calls creatives and worshippers to a lifestyle of worship, empowering those in the local church to house and display the glory of God through authentic worship encounters. It’s an invitation to live in God’s presence daily, breathing in a culture of worship that revitalises all it touches and fosters a renewed way of life that transcends events and infuses everyday moments.
